1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DOST VI CUSTOMER App mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Registration

The App does not have user registration

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Transmit or post any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks used to make the App available.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the property of DOST VI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content found on the App without prior written consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

DOST VI CUSTOMER App reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DOST VI CUSTOMER App disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOST VI CUSTOMER App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Republic of the Philippines to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.
